My great grandparents were cared for at the Bradford Manor in the early 2000’s our family had such a good experience that my grandparents have also chosen Bradford Manor for their own future care needs. Something that was very important to my family when choosing a place for care, is that Bradford Manor is clean, there are no bad smells.
Had a nice visit with an old friend. Nurses and staff were friendly and helpful.
Bradford manor is a nice clean facility, the staff is friendly and professional 👌 👍 😀
The best quality of care we received with my grandma and we had been in all of the local facilities. Friendly and genuine staff. Compassionate staff. Clean. Supportive care. Thank you for helping my grandmothers last days as comfortable as possible and caring for the family as well while we were there.
Patients treated horribly. Deplorable when you walk through the door, the smell will knock you out. My partner suffered 2 strokes in December of 2024, and he had to go somewhere for rehab, before he could come home. I asked for his records and gave them to another facility once I freed him from the manor, and after they read his records, they counted 26 falls he took (and yes, I still have those records). He was a fall risk, obviously; but had nothing in place for patients who were deemed a fall risk, just a pair of yellow socks (?). When I moved him, he took ZERO falls at the Pavilion, and had him on a walker within a couple of weeks. He was home after 4 months from the Pavilion, and they treated him dignity and respect. Several of the workers at the Bradford Manor were quite rude (bordering on ignorant). I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Everyone’s experience is different I guess, but they put us through hell!!!
Did not pay for anything. Visiting a resident
The staff, from administration through the care professionals, are taking excellent care of my Mom. I started a conversation with them long before she was able to be admitted. They always shared helpful information and gave me insight even when we weren’t sure when or where Mom would be eligible for care. They continue to be communicative, with regular updates, support during the Medicare to Medicaid switch, and are always available to my family when we’re visiting if we have questions. I’m so relieved to have my Mom there. Thank you for your kindness and care.
My friend is well taken care of at this facility.
