And any questions I’ve had were always answered and if they didn’t know the answer they went and found someone who did. Forever grateful for the care they provided my mother🩷
The RN manager Tiffany was disrespectful to the unit , the staff , the pts , completely was disrespectful to the pt , rude , did not want to listen to advice from the own staff let alone the pt family , and the pt them selves ,
Tammy and the team have looked after Dad for almost a year. This team is always responsive to me since i am not local. Would recommend.

Thankful for the excellent care and beautiful facility. Easy to communicate with staff and everyone is very attentive. Highly recommend and grateful to all for helping my Dad with his needs.
My mother has been a resident at Bradford Hills for 3 yrs. and they have gone above and beyond to give her exceptional care. They are always wonderful about keeping the lines of communication open with me about her care. They make sure her appointments are scheduled and transportation is set. The director of Bradford Hills, Tamara Chandler, is amazing and she cares personally about each resident as if they are family. The nursing staff, social workers, supervisors, specialists, and MD’s all work together to give the best care possible. I highly recommend Bradford Hills Nursing home for your loved ones that are in need of special care.
