Jasalynn George is truly exceptional at what she does. Her knowledge of senior living and the placement process is evident from the very first conversation, but what stands out most is the way she makes families feel supported throughout what can be an incredibly overwhelming and emotional journey. Jasalynn is professional, compassionate, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping families find the right environment for their loved one. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, explain options, and provide guidance without ever making you feel pressured. Finding senior living for a loved one can feel daunting, but having someone like Jasalynn in your corner makes such a difference. Her expertise, patience, and ability to make people feel heard and cared for are truly invaluable.
The community is new but the management is seasoned. Jasalynn is an excellent leader and runs a tight ship. Ty does a great job at explaining what Dementia care can do for families. Our company will continue to recommend families for care here.
I’ve been a nurse for the past 15 years and have opened and operated personal care homes throughout Pennsylvania. This community is not average, they stand in the top tier of care services in terms of staffing and understanding of disease process to assist someone who wants to age in place. Staff has a smile on their face, they make you feel welcome! Building itself is beautiful! The residents there are like a big family. This is a top choice if you want to feel good about the care you have chosen for your loved one.

As a Senior Care Advisor, I have worked with PM Residence and have referred my clients to this community. The staff has been very responsive, professional and caring. I have had the privilege of working with Tailyn and Jasalyn over the last several years and have complete confidence and respect for their abilities to work with residents that are living with dementia.
I was very happy with Bethlehem Manor. Bethlehem Manor memory care is no longer at the same location. The staff at the market Street location went above and beyond and being helpful and caring. [name removed], who was the manager would call me with updates and answer all questions, a very different experience from the previous place my mother was a resident in. [name removed] and staff truly cared about the emotional and physical welfare of their clients. When visiting my mother at the facility, I felt like we were surrounded by friends.
Things are starting to settle down after the big move and merging of the residents which caused confusion. However when we do bring up questions or concerns to the staff they are very cooperative and try their best to accommodate. They also seem to have a lot of activities going on.
I have told so many people about Bethlehem Manor. Maybe it seems so good to me because she came from a terrible, horrible place. At Bethlehem Manor they listen to me, they take me serious, and they wanted my opinion on things. They were so caring and kind towards my mom. She was only there for a short time, but she developed relationships with the staff. [name removed], the girl who runs it would call me back or just call me with reports. It was totally different from the experience we had before.
