Friendly and supportive staff. Everyone here cares
The team at Aventura at Creekside really cares. From the nurses and therapy staff to the aides, dietary, activities, and housekeeping, everyone works together to help patients heal and get back home.

A little nicer than some places but more overworked staff and crowded with patients.
Our Mom needed rehab in May 2024 after a fall and surgery at CMC, and Aventura Creekside had an opening. I had a concern and quickly received calls from Karen K, Cole and April, who immediately took action and great care of our mom. Each are true professionals who were reachable by phone if needed, and who listened and exhibited sincerity and caring. Mom said that Jason in physical therapy was professional, attentive and caring and helped her recover, and I found his caring manner and excellent work made a difference to our Mom.
Excellent communication from therapy team upon patient discharge.
I want to thank all the staff for taking such great care of my uncle during his short stay. The administration staff went above and beyond for my family, I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you all!!
I am in rehab here 4 months already everyone is helpful and wonderful
