I’ve been fortunate to partner with Atria Lafayette Hill in coordinating care for our clients, and I’ve consistently appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and compassion of their team. Their commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents is clear. I’m grateful for our partnership and would confidently recommend Atria Lafayette Hill to families exploring senior living options.
Do not give them any money until your loved one has been assessed - currently waiting to get my money back! It’s been 14 days. Finally received call from Executive Director Anita saying that money will be refunded within 4 days. This is a bad business practice. No money should be paid until your loved one is assessed ! Also if you are looking for a facility that advertises memory care as your loved one declines they ask that you move them because this is a lower acuity community and can not provide the services or care that your love one needs.
The Leadership and Staff at Atria are kind, caring and extremely professional.
Atria is a very nice facility. The staff is kind and attentive. It gives us great peace of mind having my Mom in a facility like this.
My mom had a wonderful experience living at Atria Lafayette Hill. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The building is well appointed and well maintained. There are planned activities daily for those who choose to participate. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
If you are considering senior living in a community please take a look at Atria Senior Living. You will never walk down the hallway without stopping to talk to a friendly face, you will never sit alone at a breakfast, lunch, or dinner table. There is a good friend waiting to meet you.
Atria provides a clean, friendly, safe and welcoming atmosphere for its residents. My father-in-law made friends his first visit and continues to enjoy his time there. My husband and I are confident he is in a safe environment and do not need to worry.
The staff ends up feeling like family and everyone knows each other's name in the facility and that was very assuring. My dad loves the staff
