We were new to the senior living process and he made the experience very manageable. I can’t recommend him enough!
I recommend working with Rick to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for themselves or a loved one. We had some particular needs that not all homes could meet, and Rick did all the legwork for us and was patient and communicative along the way. I didn’t have to make a single phone call myself, and his assistance took a huge weight off my shoulders.
Rick takes the time to learn your family situation and then suggests the most appropriate facilities to meet your specific situation. His expertise in knowing the capabilities of different providers is critical in making the best decision for your family. The other benefit of using this service is time. Rick contacts facilities, sets up appointments and accompanies you during visits. He guides you in learning what you need to know about each provider. We found Rick and his service to be invaluable in making one of the most important decisions to ever affect our family.

Rick helped place my mother in a very good facility and as her condition worsened and she was forced to move - Rick was right there helping us find a place the fit her needs. He is knowledgeable, knows the industry and only recommends place where he would be comfortable sending his own family member. He guides you through the process step by step, sets up and accompanies you and your family on the tours. Knows what questions to ask too I recommend Rick wholeheartedly and without reservation!!!
