Most everyone is absolutely kind and very thoughtful. I am glad my son chose this home for me.

I now call Chandler my home. It is clean, smells nice and the staff are very nice.

I feel that my parents were not taken care of adequately due to understaffing. The staff members who did care for my parents were very caring. I believe there should be less management and more CNA care. The few staff members on duty each day are not enough to provide proper care for the number of residents. I have a list of my parents' belongings that are missing, and I believe that the management is aware of these missing items. We have reached out about missing items. The items were not found. My neighbor lives in Chandler and whenever we visit we are always warmly welcomed and we always leave knowing our dear neighbor is very attentively taken care of. The facility is clean and cozy every time we visit.

My parents are residents of Asbury Chandler Estate. The girls are good to Mom and Dad. They are friendly and helpful although when it comes to help, my dad fell and had to wait after 20 minutes for people to finally get down to him. Then they just made us move my parents upstairs, which none of us were happy about. They had a little cottage or a little apartment, and they did say it was because their conditions had worsened, and they wanted them upstairs because they would get better care, which I'm not seeing at this point. They just moved them up a couple of weeks ago. My dad's very unhappy because my mom and dad can't be in the same room any longer. They separated them with a walk-through. They brought us in for a meeting, saying we were meeting with the care team to plan out their next year's care. When we got there with our lists, they told us they were moving them upstairs, and we had two days to make that move or 30 days to get my parents out. So we had no choice. Then the price went up quite a bit, and I've already found out they can do whatever they want because they're a private facility, so I don't have a leg to stand on. But when this came through they were making us decide, maybe look elsewhere for them. They have the normal bingo game, nighttime period, and do a lot. The building is nice.

I am so happy with my decision to move here. It's a nice little community. Independent living took away my worries of owning a home and my little house is just perfect for my needs. Knowing I have other services and activities available for me gives my children and I a sense of comfort. The people who work here have been very accommodating and the people living here are very friendly.

Thank you everyone at asbury chandler for the wonderful loving care you gave to my mom.she loved you all and her friends too.everyone of you are angels.sincerely Debbie Stone c/o Marjorie Frantz 12/3/28 to 2/16/23.

Godsend! After my mother passed I needed to find a place for my dad where he could socialize without feeling like he went to a retirement home. Chandler has lovely little apartments and lots of activities for those who want to participate. I can’t say enough about the staff, they treat him so well and my family and I are so grateful. The Executive Director (Tina) is amazing, she was so flexible with us when my dad was recovering from an accident prior to moving in. She checked on him frequently. Everyone from the office staff, cooks and maintenance has treated my dad so well. I could cry knowing he isn’t alone while I’m away. He can’t wait till the garden club starts in the spring! And when the time comes where he needs more care, moving into the assisted living building will be a good option where he already knows everyone. Finally, my father has been getting his meals daily from the kitchen so he doesn’t have to cook and he really loves the food. This was the best decision we could have ever made for my dad!
