Arbour Square

When visiting friends, they exuded overall happiness with their new home. It impressed me as well as a wonderful place to live. Their apartment was lovely. The luncheon that Arbour Square provided for us was great. Everyone was very friendly, the staff knew the names of all of the residents that passed by us on our tour of the place. That impressed me, so many activities available to keep people out of their apartments and enjoying time with their friends. Arbor Square, where you will find someone or something in every corner. Arbor Square is a place where men and women have an opportunity to live the best years of their life where they are able to come together, in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that includes entertainment, activities, and friendships all of which are the key piece of enhanced living. From Bingo, to bus trips, community events, Engagement opportunities, crafts, and music. You can even bring out those musical instruments and become a member of the “Seniors musical entertainment band” or become a member of the the Arbour Square Chorus. The staff become part of everyone’s family. If you’re considering AS, know that your family member will never be alone. They will have their meals either in their own apartments if they choose, or with their friends every single day. They will celebrate holidays together, be outside in the courtyard, have picnics, play shuffleboard, corn toss and simply love and celebrate life!

Great maintenance and willingness to help. Staff was great. Remember this is when I get there. Many of the tenants were friendly but had issues and so I left due to it and the rising cost. Many residents were very old and I’m only in my 60s. I thought it would be Senior apartment living but it was not.

I have lived at Arbour Square for 1and 1/2 yr. I found many kind, friendly and happy residents who have helped me to also have a happy life since I was very sad and lonely after my husband Tom passed in [date removed]. I like the activities that are offered, the wonderful musicians and bands that come to entertain us. The fitness center is great. The staff and all the people who work here are great and helpful. The fact that you don’t have to cook your meals because we have breakfast, lunch and dinner served to us in the lovely dining room every day is wonderful and the food is very good! Our apartments are comfortable and easy to take care of as we have housekeepers that clean apartments every other week and do a great job! We have a Pub which is open twice a week and a great Bistro that offer great pizza, sandwiches and snacks! I feel very much at home living in this lovely apartment community for seniors!

I lived in an apartment with two bedrooms and a den. I loved it but it became hard to take care of. I didn’t realize how lonely I was. Just being in this beautiful surroundings and around many different people has made me a lot happier I never wanted to be a burden to my family. I don’t feel that way here.
