Ann's Grove Personal Care Home is a nice place. The food is good and the staff is very nice. They have bingo and crafts. They have a library. My room is clean.

The staff is very rude to patients, they don't shower patients as often as they should, they don't have enough staff to assist the number of patients, the place smells like urine and feces, the only serve one hot meal a day for lunch and don't offer enough food to patients, staff/owner yells at patients and calls them ''retarded.'' I would NEVER bring a loved one here, they shouldn't even be in business.
ii visited my sister who is a resident at ann'spch i was very impressed with all the nice is contentis istaff and homey and cozy atmosphere.my sister is content and happy
