There are few staff that genuinely do care on a daily basis but after that it's all downhill. Lack of communication is a huge issue here from top to bottom. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I'll leave it at that. I recently got a co-pay bill that is listed under a different facility name. Inept at it's finest. The attached picture should seal the deal for you if your thinking of this location for a loved one.
This place is neglectful to it's patients. I was there with a skin condition and instead of listening to me they did what they wanted and just put diaper rash cream on me and covered me in a plastic film that turned in to a balloon of nastiness. I ended up in the hospital for 2 months with failing kidneys and liver due to infection. My bed would smell like ammonia from discharge and they never did anything. They just told me it was 'My fault' cause I was not getting out of bed even though I was getting weaker by the day. Then when I finally got in to a new facility, they shipped my clothes…

Friendly staff
Staff are friendly and helpful. They make the residents feel comfortable and supported.
Our loved one was a patient at Hilltop Heights for about 6 months. The staff was attentive and kept our family informed of her status with phone calls and care plan meetings. We were in contact with her Case Manager and nursing staff frequently -- which was very helpful as most of the family are out of state making in person visit difficult. Overall, we have been pleased with the care and support given to our loved on and to our family and would recommend Hilltop Heights to others needing rehab or skilled nursing assistance.
Highly recommend very pleasant staff and facilities, Bri ADON was very professional and is absolutely excellent at her job
Bri ADON best person for the job. Doesn't come any better.
