5.0 · 4 reviewsAfter visiting a family member at the facility, I was truly amazed at the level of care the staff provides. They go far beyond simply doing their jobs. The staff’s positive attitude and willingness to help create an environment where residents are encouraged to support one another as well as visitors. The director has done an outstanding job of creating a friendly, caring, and welcoming atmosphere.
Our loved one receives good care here and really likes it. She says there's no place like home, but this is a nice place to be if she can't be at home. Because it's smaller, you get a little more personalized attention here. Everyone we've met has been very helpful, and our loved one tells us she likes the staff. She feels they take good care of her. She loves the food and mentions it almost every time we talk to her. Anything critical we have to say has more to do with Covid. Some of the things we were expecting haven't been happening, like the hairdresser coming to provide services, and…

Some of the things we were expecting haven't been happening, like the hairdresser coming to provide services, and other activities, etc. Right now there are no activities going on except for TV. We're really looking forward to warmer weather so we can meet in the designated gazebo area outside.
The staff at the Patrician is very caring and know everyone personally. They really take the time with each individual. It is very clean and I would recommend it.
