Front desk area looked newly renovated with nice colors & decor. Second floor smelled clean linen cart well stock on the evening shift. Lady in dining area & Pierre were very knowledgeable when I asked a few questions. And when my Mom needed to use rest room & I asked were it was located. Pierre directed her to her room. And the lady wish I remembered her name🤦🏽♀️ she went to check on her. We had a good visit in the dining area…

I felt a sigh of relief when leaving her for the evening. Thanks second floor staff.
My loved one had the best experience at this facility. The nursing staff and the doctors took extreme care in my loved one’s care. The administration staff took care of everything from start to finish and explain explained every step in detail.
After reading some of the negative reviews, I wanted to share our family's experience. Our loved one received excellent care at this facility, and we were always treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. Even with how busy the administrator was, they always took the time to answer our questions and make us feel heard, which meant a lot to our family. The doctors, nurses, and caregivers went above and beyond to provide outstanding care. We are truly grateful to the entire team for everything they did.

My grandpa has been staying with Accela since January and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received. Compared to other nursing homes the staff here treats him with respect and LOTS of patience. I also appreciate how they always keep our family updated on the care he’s receiving. The facility is clean, has a very welcoming environment, and my grandpa feels like he can trust accela.
I have been in the facility for the past three months, and cannot stress enough how caring and attentive the administrator and staff are. They have always been able to cater to all of my needs. The activities, therapy, and nursing departments standout for their amazing work.

I'm visiting my fiance and everyone is extremely nice n seems to be very attentive to his needs. This place is very clean n he seems to be happy. He has dementia so they know how to work with him. I'm glad he's here
Per patient Aaron Hale: I give Accela 5 stars. Everyone was cooperative, friendly and ST rehab was wonderful. The staff had me back up to walking and independent again!
