This place is horrible! I went in to see my grandmother this week, it was going on 1pm and she was still laying in her bed and light was off in a hospital grown. Two days later and she's still in the same clothes with no shower at 12pm. My mother went to change her socks and her nails were longer then her finger nails with dry blood aroijd her pinky toe. They refused to give her solid food because it's a "choking hazard" but she eats what we bring in like a champ. They do nothing with her, she just lays there confused because she's blind. If it was up to me, she wouldn't be in that place.
My mother in law was there for 16 days for rehabilitation. We took in 7 outfits of clothes. It took them a least a week to find where her clothes went. When we picked her up to take home we took what we assumed was her dirty laundry since they were in a bag in her closet. Took them home to wash and found out they weren't her clothes. They said her clothes were in laundry, 2 weeks later we went back to return clothes that weren't hers and they still don't know where her clothes are. Everytime you call you get the run around. Nobody knows anything and your told they will find out and call you…

If management can't handle a simple thing as clothes I hate to see what kind of care the patients are being given. I wouldn't advise putting your loved ones here.

All the people in the facility are so nice and helpful. It really makes you feel like it’s home! Thank you for all you do. I know it’s tireless work, but it’s greatly appreciated!
I recently visited my brother-ln-law. Personnel seemed very caring and knowledgeable. Helpful and pleasant when I needed help with entry and it being my first time there. My brother-in-law seemed happy and well taken care of
Jessica McCoy from the business office is fantastic to guide you through the insurance and medical coverage information. She is kind, moves quickly to get things submitted and keeps you well informed. The aides and nurses have been great!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. My mom was here for a couple weeks, I want to start off by saying the PT department was really nice and some of the nurses and aides she had were absolutely amazing. On the other hand her AC unit that was in her room was covered in black mold and her oxygen tank was right next to it and when I made a complaint it wasn’t taken care of for 3 days .She had this one night time aide that I didn’t like taking care of her, this aide is so lazy and should not be in health care at all she has no compassion, negligent, unsanitary and you can tell she doesn’t care too much about her job. She would leave my mom laying in her own urine for hours to the point she got burn like rashes , didn’t clean my mom up at all if she used a bed pan or soiled herself. One time she put my mom on a bed pan then left my mom there for hours and never told the next shift about my mom until an hour or 2 hours after the next shift and someone discovered it. I’ve also caught this aide sleeping out in the hallway in the beginning of her shift, another person caught her and took pictures of her sleeping with her legs propped up. Another thing I would like to add about this place is depending who is working at night if you called for help you will be waiting for hours, good luck if you have a true emergency and need a nurse, matter of fact someone was screaming for help for 20 minutes until someone showed up, everyone just walked past their room and ignored them. If you have any dietary needs forget it because the kitchen staff doesn’t care too much to read the orders. Someone there didn’t eat pork and was given pork, when sending it back they were told 10 minutes later the kitchen was closed and everything was cleaned out so that patient didn’t end up eating dinner that night. Good luck getting any blankets, pillow cases, sheets and towels because somedays they didn’t have any.
